Impact of Team Teaching on the Academic Performance, Motivation, and Collaboration of Iranian EFL Learners: Oral Skills and Counseling Procedures in Focus

This paper aimed to critically look at team teaching tactics and the role it plays in achieving learning effectiveness. Specifically, using psychological counseling procedures, this study examined benefits learner-centered attitude brings student teachers students, also discussed different possible issues that may arise. To purpose, a mix-methods design which comprised pretest, posttest, questionnaires, interview was utilized collect necessary data. 52 Iranian high school EFL students were selected through purposive sampling divided into Control Group (CG) an Experimental (EG). Also, two English language teachers, teacher as counselor purposively participate procedure. The control group taught traditional methods of experimental procedures. posttest results showed there significant differences favour between groups terms their oral proficiency.Also, obtained from questionnaires revealed participants’ outlook towards class. It further found very strong evidence partnership plus practice inherent academic motivation well findings are valuable for instructors, materials developers, program planners, education administrators.
